interchangability of self adjusters

Hey there guys,

I just got a set of 11 inch drums and backing plates for my 8-3/4 rear end....they are missing self adjusters, so i was wondering if there is any interchangability with other self adjusters from other drums...i dont want to have the hassle of readjusting my brakes all the time, so i need to find some

save your self the head-ache of searching for old crap, you can get all that stuff new in most anyparts store, Just ask for the brake parts for the car you pulled the drums off of. I guess it's all c-body stuff right?

no actually they are drums off of a 68 roadrunner drag car...main reason i was asking was just to see if they interchange with newer cars so that hopefully it would be cheaper to buy
