Hello I run the Chrysler Marine website and I'm interested in trading one of my Chrysler boats for a car. Anyone of you Mopar guys interested in trading up or down on a Chrysler boat? One is my personal boat, a 1974 Conqueror S-III ( thats a SuperBee III engine package 360 ci. ) Asking $5000 See it here:

The second boat is a easy project and it is a 1979 CV-186 ( same hull as the Conqueror but the name was changed in 1979 ) see it here:

http://www.chrysler-marine.com/CV186-sale.htm

we can trade up or down depending on the car, I really like the following rides:
64-5 Barracuda

67-69 Darts ( converts oh yeah!)
67-69 Barracuda's ( Fastbacks and converts--- no notch backs )
64 Fury's or Sport Furys ( yes I know those are B bodys LOL )

If you have something other than these drop me a line as I love all Chryslers, A, B, C, E bodys
Anyway contact me at [email protected]

And were located in Saginaw, MI
Thanks
Dave

LOL I love the hole in the water quote, but that's the nice thing about the Chrysler boats, you get into a boat at a reasonable price and they are very reliable. And there is NOTHING as neat as the Chrysler styling and I know the actual designers who worked on these. BTW check out the Chrysler Marine website for more info on Chrysler boats www.chryslercrew.com

Nice looking ride, er boat. He he he. Just wondering if you have a picture of the interior?

OH, and what do those V-8 model boats go for these days? Just wondering.

Cool site (From above) I had a blast running around the site. Love early one with the V-8 in it, the Red White and Blue one was very very cool.

Sorry for getting off topic but did they come with slants in them too?
Any leads on one??

yes they did have /6 in some.. but they are really hard to find a couple parts for them now days because they weren't really a popular option. Most of Chryslers boats were 318 - 360 powered. For the hard core folks they even had a marine 440-6 ( no kidding!) .
The 79 boat I have listed was planned to put a 5.7 hemi in it with a sub lime / black stripes...

It needs a shaker hood scoop! LOL

I live in the prairies so I have no need for a fast boat! Besides I own a 68 notchback barracuda 383 4 spd and you said you didn't want a notchback!

383 car sweet... Notchbacks just aren't my thing. I had a 67 fastback when I was in High school ( 74-78 ) that was a sleeper ( even had hubcaps ) but we dropped in a worn out 340 and it was a 4 speed car, smashed up front fender, no bumper, just your run of the mill beat up car, and we surprised more than our share of firechickens and other GM stuff. It sounded terrible until you dropped the hammer.

And my first car was a 64 Barracuda 273 4 speed car so I kind of like fastbacks.
