Interior parts for a 73 duster question

Yes I believe so- Im almost positive 73 and 74 are the same
 
door panels? or the upper plastic pieces by the windows?
the door panels are 73 only and 74-76
This is because the 74-76 have 3 point seat belts and the retractors are mounted in the bottom of the door panel by the door
This leaves an ugly hole for a 73
 
hi,i have a 73 duster,i want to install the three point seat belt.if the 74-76 rear panels interchange,can i look for the 74-76 panels and put them in the 73?thanks for the input so far,mark do the seat belt go to the rear panels?
