Is It Worth It? LOL

-
As a do-it-yourself kit, I would value it at around $3,500. If it was totally complete and immaculate, I would value it at $12-14K.

Just dump another $15K into it and you got yourself a nice $8000 car.

I must admit, as much as I liked the 64--70 cars, I was certainly not in love with the 71--later B bodies. But that "price index" moves dislike to a whole new level, LOL

I really like the 71-74 runners but this momo is about 11k overpriced on this project.

$3k tops, and only because of the 340. And he'll still need to find someone that likes the 73-74 body-style, and wants to spend more money than it'll ever be worth to fix it.

$15k is delusional. That would be pretty close to the top of the market for a fully restored '73 340 RR.

And now its on eBay...

It has all glass except the windshield

Well that's a deal breaker for me, this kids is why you don't drink the bong water.

The 73/74 probably were the best driving cars they made. Great smooth highway cruisers. I've owned a bunch of them with everything from 318 auto to 440 4 speeds. That one is way overpriced even for a finished car.

I sent an email trying to explain the folly of his asking price. Will most likely fall on deaf angry ears. LOL

The motor and trans are worth 2K, if it's not cobbled together. The rest of it is worth $1500. You might get $4000.00 for everything to the right person thats looking for a 73.

I like the freshly painted motor and all accessory brackets are not cleaned up! Real attention to quality!!!!

I had a rust free orig paint 340 auto 73 RR and couldn't get 10k for it...

This guy is perma stoned!

Yeah that's not all. I like how the pistons are obviously used. I think I'd have to go back through that engine before I ran it...
