a slant 6 k-member from a 71 dart. i put a sb k in my 71 but the /6 member is in good shape. worth keeping or no?

Yes, a couple of companies make conversion motor mount kits from slant 6 to V-8.
I sold one for $90 USD a few years back. It took a while, but it was well worth it for me. The guy came and picked it up and it was less than perfect, rusted and dented.
I would if you have the space people are going back to tem.
It might make a good 440 k member with the 440 modifications

If it's straight and the welds are good, YES.
UPDATE: after all the comments, i put it back in the garage last nite. went to a small local swap meet today before the rain and found 2 things that will compliment that k-member. 1st a sbm pass side truck mount and a drivers side a body mount(for sb la/magnum on /6 k) and a partial kit for mounting a bb on a /6 k(missing the rubber mounts). thanks to all that replied.
