Is the 70 A body steering column the same as 67 on the Dart?

I have an APC steering wheel, but the back of the box only has a list of adapters for 1970's. Just wondering if that will work before I order.
I have a 67 dart.

Thanks,
Mark

Short answer is NO. The 70 went through a major change to comply with the new fed standard for a collapsable steering column. 67 is way different.

I think the E-body and the A-body used the same Steering wheel in 70. At least my "rim blow" wheel is the same with three bolts holding it on to the column.

I agree. I had an aftermarket wheel on a '68 and was going to use the adapter on a '73, wouldn't work. I've forgotten what the difference was now but I just ordered another adapter. I pretty sure '70 was the year they went to the different style. It may also have to do with the fact '70 was the year the key was moved to the wheel.
