If not what brand is it. It looks different than stock.

Lares sells a replacement steering box.
Borgeson is a manufacturer. Maybe you meant Bergman?

i was able to loop it back from the amazon number to another listing that gave a Aisin number, but it kinda dead ended there with just a generic "this is for 60's thru 70's mopar passenger cars" kind of description.
they're sold by buyautoparts.com (yes this is an actual legit business) that started in the 80's and was steering parts manufacturer and distributor. they're solely online now as far as i can tell, and i saw a mention of PE acquisition, so i imagine that it's an offshore piece that's spec'd out by them.
