Dude, you formed your own pan and upholstered it? That looks freakin' awesome and with a little comfort too. Looks a lot like the badlander with lots more scoosh. (Yeah that's a technical term)
 
BTW how'd you make out wit yer fork caps?

Ended up tapping them for a 3/8" pipe plug......no more leaks from them.....of course the seals have been leaking for a while now, just sort of sweating a bit. I will deal with them over the winter, when I rewire the bike. Neighbor's forks were leaking from the caps as well, he borrowed the tap from me last week to fix his...
 
Creative engineering. Whatever works, as long as yer up n running. Like that 2 into 1. More folks should try it, loads more bottom end torque without sacrificing the top end.
 
Just got back home from picking it up...had to back track thanks to a brush fire on the side of 291. Was about a 70 mile ride....very comfy.....
