I don't like the post 70 round B bodies anyhow!!
 
I like guys or gals who take some run-of-the-mill car and experiment with it. In 1975 two guys in our Mopar club fabricated their own motor mounts and stabbed a 383 from a wrecked 1969 Road Runner in to a 1970 Duster. That was the first such big block into an A-body swap that I had heard of outside of the professional racers. Another club member replaced his dash controls in his 67 Coronet with a panel of unlabeled toggle switches as an anti-theft deterrent! He was the only one who knew the correct flipping order to start the car or to run accessories! We all shook our head at that one. Another member redirected his windshield washer fluid tubes to spray the driver in the car next to him.

I also liked jet cars, jet bikes, nitro bikes, kite bikes, the guy on the skid plate, all Hemi wheel standers, altered wheel base gassers, and the real funny cars (not the plastic body ones of today).
 
Let the flaming begin, like previous comments the post 70 B bodies do not make my motor run anyway so I say why not! Regardless of the obvious “ Why on earth question” I admire the guys creativity and craftsmanship. Much like a mid engine Vette, while I do not covet one, I can certainly appreciate the engineering behind it. The concept is cool and applying the technology into a platform it does not belong is how hobbies like ours grow. Who knows what kind of markets and support this kind of ingenuity may bring. And I applaud his courage and determination to get it accomplished. Would I do it? Oh heck no. Would I buy it when complete? O double heck no. Would I stop and look at it for a long time at a car show? O heck yeah! Full disclosure: I am stuffing a modern Hemi in a 72 Demon.

Here's the thing the "greenies" just CAN NOT get around..........

There IS NO (current, LOL, pun intended) CURRENT source that is GREEN. Even up here in the PNW, where most of the power is hydro electric, that is becoming "a thing of the past" in such places as CA who are blowing up dams to suit the political agenda, "save the whatever"

Batteries. If you were to snap your fingers and like magic, convert the world right now, instantly, into electric cars, boats, trains, planes (don't forget trucks!!) we would be wading across our roads (to get the mail) crotch deep in dead lithium battery packs.

Yeh, they are fast--for a short time
Yeh, they are interesting.

But they are, still, a toy, of sorts, just like "horseless carriages" were in that day.

We have a hell of a long way to go--if ever--before Everready takes over
