I wanna rebuild my 727 (if someone could provide a good source for a complete rebuild kit and a Torque converter, that'd help big time). I just wanna rebuild it back to stock specs and replace any parts that will normally fail and will probably grab one out of the junkyard as a core to rebuild.
Do you think it is possible for me to do this on my own with a book and have no problems or should I seek help? I've never been inside a transmission but I am very interested in rebuilding one and learning more.I also probably would need the tools. Any input would help. I am usually very careful and like to double check everything.
I am thinking of buying this book to help me rebuild it
