That's a 79 grille but a 78 hood, the wood is finished strangely, and the stacks are really short. I wonder if this was a DIY custom job or maybe a dealer created edition.
 
The trucks used 15x7 chrome slotted wheels that were also used on Street Vans. Those are not Mopar wheels
