Based on the length of the under dash wiring, I'd say it's located somewhere near/over/to the right of the the glove box and might be green in color.
 
I think it has 2 screws that bolt thru the dash. Once the dash cover is removed, its the two screws on the right by the pass side speaker. The chime is located behind the glove box.
