Jacked around on my tires

So they found my wheels and shipped them out yesterday. Well after they shipped them they sent me pictures and well the rear tires don't match the front tires in any way shape or form. They are not willing to switch them out even though the rears are not mounted. I have a contract that lists a Formoza tire and they are sending me an SUV tire instead so I'm gonna fight them.
 
How about filling in the blanks here because there are too many missing details to figure out what you are talking about. Is there another thread or something this goes with?
 
Oh sorry yeah kinda venting.

I found out my wheels had been discontinued. After searching around for a couple days I found a shop that had 2 in stock and they were not the right offset but after talking with Denny they would work so I ordered them. In the process they asked me if I wanted to apply for 90 same as cash financing and for poops and grins I said sure. I got approved for a pretty good amount so they asked if I wanted to add tires to my order and I said sure if you can find me matching tires for a decent price. The response was Sure we have them in stock so I said great throw em in. They sent over the contract and I signed it wednesday last week to be shipped out the next day. Well Friday came and went with no tracking numbers. Found out they didn't have the wheels in stock they ordered them from the manufacturer and the sent them to the wrong warehouse so that caused the delay. Finally shipped everything last night then said Oh by the way we didn't have matching tires here is a picture so I looked and they sent me 2 completely different tires the fronts they are sending me are the Federal Formozas I said yes to, but the rears are some federal SUV tires with a funny looking tread pattern. Needless to say they don't want to change the tires for me.
 
I would be pissed too. Who is the 90 days same as cash contract with? If it is an out of house finance company maybe a call to that company will get some better results.
 
I'm gonna wait till they open today because I found a better tire match from the same manufacturer. It would be a smaller rear tire but I can deal with that.
 
Always better to make bigger purchases with a CC,just incase you want to dispute or cancel.Just sayin..

Paying them off with the tax return so I'm basically borrowing someones money for free for 90 days :) They are looking into getting me another tire but it's smaller
 
They offered to send me new tires after I send the ones they shipped back. I promised I would look at the tires they sent and tell them whether or not I like them.
