First I'm sorry for asking so many jeep questions on this forum site, I've honestly tried jeep forums in the past, and well theu all act like sarcastic assholes, and all of ypu are respectful and helpful.
I habe a 1988 Jeep Comanche with the 2.5L 4cyl with the TBI. I've been trying to figure out what goes to the mystery plugs that are just hanging. So far I've been able to figure out all but 1. The plug in question is square shaped, has 3 wires coming out of a 4 prong plug connector. The wires are in the wiring harness partition that runs to the throttle body area. I've added pics for reference.
