I bought these Doug's D453 1-5/8" headers in raw steel new and took them to Jet-Hot in Whitsett,NC. The were then sent to Jet-Hot in Oklahoma.
They have their Extreme 2000° black coating on them. Absolutely tough and heat resistant. Hard textured black finish on the outside and smooth ceramic coating on the inside.
I ordered them before doing any in depth research and they will not clear my power steering gear box so I will have to use my OEM 340" HP manifolds.
I paid $425.00 new for the headers and the coating with tax and shipping was $860.00 ($1285.00).
They will come with new bolts, new collectors and new manifold gaskets.
Asking $1000.00 cash. Pick up/Meet up within 90 miles of Greensboro NC.
