can I GIVE you a digital camera? I feel like I'm spying through a peep hole at your build! and I want to see MORE pics! :)

pulled the front sheetmetal. Didnt want to but repair on the front fenders would have been pretty awful. Here's some picts of what we found. We still need the lower drivers rear shield and drivers fender bottom half with reiforcement "hat" section. there should be enough existin metal to make thr RF fender patch.

fun fun fun! Help me find some parts!!!

Minor update: kids went to install the new seal kit on the wipers. All was fine until the install. The didn't align the rubber with the cowl pocket and cut the 2 seals in half. oh well. reordered a new seal kit today to try again. Nothing like doing things twice. :(

That's how they learn. The same kid that cut them on the install is going to do the "re-install". I'm sure he'll be more careful. I'll also tell him he's paying for the next set if he bodges them!!!

Work in a stall, trying to get the fender metal done. I'm also waiting to see if we get a rotisserie....HOPING!!!! IF it gets ordered, we'll get to work underneath once its here. Not my decision.....I hope it goes through!

Fabricated 1x3 frame connectors. picts to follow. will cap the rear rail. holes drilled for the brake cable guide.

Driveshaft now done and on the shelf. new U joints and cut to size.

amaizing work on what I consider tobe 1 of the most amaizing cars ever made , so glad the wife helped me cut the blinker Quarter off my parts car and she about flipped when she seen what you did with it . my 273 commando rocked ,the 340 rolled , but I took mine out last night and tonight January 20 and 21 of 2015 with its new 360 and I think I made 2 54 year old guys dirty there drawers , and gave me a grin from ear to ear , but I like to drive slideways , when the look as kewl as yours: Imagine your weiner tingling doing donuts in this on Main St. in January,,, I cant wait to get it dialed in now (its like a wild go cart for big kids ) and get the new dart scoops on the hood and get WILD IN MY ROKCAR. You and they kidz are kikn azz

SWEET! We're back in School. shop is open. some of the kids are back to the build, some are graduated and gone. New kids coming in.

Status: on rotisserie still. all bodywork done (as far as it will get). fenders and qtrs. repaired. All window channels repaired and painted. Frame connectors done and installed. The assembly is about to start.

Engine change now being considered. May opt to go with a 318/904 lockup/8.75 3.91 SG 741 case, 360 going to the shelf.

Second level kids looking at teardown of a 1965 D100 2wd , S6 truck. thanks to DaveM...I have replacement manifold for the cracked one..... That build will be on the sweptline forum.

Stay tuned for picts!

Few more details: body "painted" with the clear over the patina (faded paint and rust!). Fenders-qtrs-floors all patched up, ready to go. Interior floor brush painted. K frame being rewelded for more rigidity. Its getting a HD swaybar too.
