what a **** job that was ended up haveing to bash the headers to fit properly.does anyone make a better fitting header or shorty headers.

My Jegs went in fine, and there is another thread about shorty headers that fit as well.
Hedman makes a nice shorty header that is design specific for the A body. They are on Summit.
Summit is nice on a budget.TTI,s or Doug's are nice too.I put Flowtechs on my 68 Dart,what a PITA!
Sorry for your pain.Been there done that I put flow techs on my Dart I wound up denting them for clearance as well . I now have a set of Doug's . I can't get rid of the flow techs.

I didnt have any trouble with the flow techs on my dart, the fit was good with no dents. Have a mini starter and a 4 speed. The coating is shity already starting to surface rust between 3 and 5 cylinders.
