I not too long ago found these forums and think they are great! Although I currently don't have any projects, I've had them before and have decided after many years its time for another. With holidays its bad time now but after the first of the year it will be time. Its actually killing me looking ahead of time all the great deals on here. Its great to see such a great wealth of knowledge on here as well. Its great to be on board! and the hunt will begin soon

Thx alot guys. To answere your questions Rumble, I am originally from NJ area living in Cincinnati, OH now. As far as what Im looking for, Ive never restored a mopar it was always Chevy or Ford. My grandparents were always mopar people, 71 Duster, 73 Satellite, 78 Lebaron. I now think its time to go that route. Specifically A body route. Im thinking duster, demon, twister(if thats not another name for a duster). I have no experience with frames or a roof, so Im not gonna be looking for anything that has major problems with those. Engine wise dont think Ill be too picky but anything having a /6 would get changed. I guess based on that numbers matching isnt gonna be too big of an issue first time around(although would be nice depending on money). I dont know exactly what transportation costs of a car are running these days, but I drive hvy truck for Fed Ex and it cant be cheap so where it comes from will be an issue. Now I will set about explaining to my fiancee how something(in her words"Ugly") is turned beautiful again.Im sure once she knows the process she'll realize that that word is blasphemy lol.Ill be around looking at all the deals crying and drooling for now until after the holidays lol.
