I see kids on mini bikes on the public streets frequently. I got stopped many times when I was young for that I learned to walk next to it idling in gear as we made our way to the nearby desert wilderness areas

Yes we don't know if there was some other incident that triggered the cops but it's been my experience in recent times that cops go after nothing stuff cause they aren't allowed to interfere with real crime....

Next thing you know cops will be killing squirrels and racoons....
