i bought a 72 dart parts car for the good slant 6 it had in it. the car came with a 318 from the fact. but someone had put the 6 in somewhere down the line. the 6 had spool type motor mounts and seem to fit good. i wonder if they put a 6 k member in, or hooked up to the original 318 k? if it's a v8 i might pull it out before i send it to mopar heaven. can you tell by a number or whatever? thanks, dave.

Spool mounts came out in 73. Some one changed the k frame.

But it is worth saving..........I sell a lot of parts, had people ask for them for big block conversions with shumaker (not sure of spelling) mounts.

so i guess it's probably a 73 up 6 k member. it's a shame they did'nt change the 73 upper arms and ball joints with the k. dave.

If it has BBP wheels and single piston disk brakes, the control arms were swapped.
