this is a K&N X-Stream Airflow Assembly i bought it new and never ran it because some fool broke into the shop where i was having a cage installed in my ride and stole my 4500 holley dominator carb.
it is 14 inch diameter. 5 inch tall filter, with dominator base. all put together it is 7 inches tall. you may be able to use with your 4150 14" size base
