Have seen many of those types of accidents. Especially those where the driver forgets to check the 5th wheel pin

Many of these just reinforce what I've always practiced: Never be the first vehicle through an intersection after a red light.

Looks like many of these were caused by somebody trying to be nice and waving someone through in front of them.
Then they cross the adjoining lane and are t boned.
Always follow the rules, never wave someone across in front of you, or let someone wave you across.
It's a recipe for a wreck!
They may think that they are being nice or considerate, but when you get t boned, they won't be telling your insurance company or the judge that they actually caused the wreck.
They will be nowhere to be seen!
