I saw an old post on this site reguarding the LO vs L0 vin plates. This is from March/1966 which is prior to the launch of the D/Dart. It states that the VIN is intended to be L"OH".

Yes indeed, Chrysler never had the letter OH in their lettering system, they had the closest thing they could use which is the number ZERO. Look at a 68 fender tag, do you see OH's anywhere?
