The convertor looks like a delenzie, they are out of oceanside/san marcos.
They do stock and custom stall, i have had 2 of them myself and another for a customers.

you could call them and run the #s by them to see if they tell anymore about it.

What year and engine were the manifolds on?

They were on the 318 that was in my '74 Duster, but I don't know if they were the original ones to be "correct" for that year and model. They are non-smog.
