Time to lower the boom on the kids CF. Better to be safe than sorry I'm afraid. Just think, if everyone just stayed home for the 14 days and isolated themselves this virus would be flattened and it would all be over with. .

i dont think so, if we all stay put for 2 week and then go out we'll only move the surge up 2 weeks
what we need to do is a "controlled burn"
shut down a few counties at the time, and let the virus go through the other ones
that would limit exposure and actually slow it

but then, what do i know

Headed to Costco today right after lunch. Thought everyone would be home around that time WRONG!!!. I asked a guy that had just come out how long it took to get inside and he said over an hour. Screw that, I went to Wallyworld instead. Wasn't that bad actually. Spent maybe 25-30 minutes in there then off like a herd or turds.
Stopped at the Liquor store first before Wallys and got my wife two bottles of her favorite wine WOO HOO!! I went out for my 2km walk this morning and wasn't bad. The sun was beautiful but a bit of a cold wind but invigorating non the less.

If everyone stayed home then where is the virus going to go. It doesn't and dies off.

It has to because it has no place to thrive.
not if it can live in animals
didnt a tiger in the bronx get it?

that means my cat can be a carrier

or your dog

or pigeons

seems to me, its best to built our immunity in a controlled manner

It has been living in animals for years. Any farmer that has raised animals knows that.

Talked to the owner of the local store today and known him for years.
Told me he would order 10 pallets of food and only get 3 and is getting worse with people hording. Price is going up on everything and causing people to stock up because they can't afford the price increase.
I'm not bad mouthing anyone for trying to survive this virus and if everyone worked together instead of trying to do it alone I think we all would be better off.
