I made a new casserole tonight. 1lb of Italian suasage, 1lb of ground round, 1 big jar of mushrooms, 1 package of mini pepperoni, 1 diced green pepper, 1 diced red onion, 1 pack of diced ham, 1 big jar of Prego with meat spaghetti sauce, 1lb of Penne noodles mixed with 1 lb of Mozzarella cheese. Put it all in a slow cooker after mixing it up and layer the top with 1lb of mozzarella and 1 layer of large pepperoni. Cook till the cheese on top is melted. Tasty stuff.
That would be large heartburn for me and probably up half the night with reflux. Bet it's tasty though.
 
What a gorgeous day. It reached 20 and nothing but sun. Got the box trailer painted but may have to buy another can because I ran out (of course). May try my luck at the recycling center and see if they have any I can get for free. Have to go there anyway so not a special trip. Tomorrow is going to be even better than today and warmer into the weekend into next week. I knew this would come but was a question of when.

Morning guys. Got to love this weather we're getting now. We've waited a long time for it. I asked my Dr. the other day "Mask or no Mask?". He said if you're outside or walking etc no mask is fine but if you're in a store and around people 100% wear one. Just keep your distance and be safe and "wash those hands". We don't need to lose any friends on here.
