Hey guys... here's a recipe for weed killer, actually it will kill anything that grows.
I litre/quart of white vinegar
1/4 cup of salt
2 tablespoons of Dawn liquid dish soap (must be Dawn)
Put it in a spray bottle or just a bottle and spray only the weed you want to kill.
It's cheap to make and environmentally friendly and it works very well.

In honour of June 1st which is the start of Gay Pride Month. This is my Godson Mark Henderson (yes also named after me and the beard is real) He's such a beautiful person. He had it hard coming through school being gay, got beat up and tormented etc. but holds no grudges against anyone of them.

Thanks! It's a '66 Lone Star "Malibu" with a Merc "Thunderbolt" 35 horse 4 cyl. Lots of fun, but like most boat owners will tell you, I just don't get out on it often enough any more. Especially since the kids have grown and moved on... sigh.

a bigger part of it is parading this perversion like it is something to be celebrated, when i fact it is quite the opposite

i'd love to have this conversation in a civilized matter with you (or any of our other members for that matter) but if we get into that here we'll end up in the N&P in a hurry

Aren’t we supposed to accept people for who they are ,and not pass judgment on them , isn’t that up to the big guy to say ,not us ? It’s his soap and his shower how hard he scrubs is not my business . My 2 .

First of all he's my Godson. Secondly if you're against gays etc then isn't that being racist as well? Not saying that you are of course. I don't read the bible but doesn't God love all the children? What is the N&P? I'm comfortable discussing it here actually, I'm pretty thick skinned and I can take criticism if you can. I'm as straight as it comes and I believe everyone to his own because it's their choice.
Don't forget there are predators even in the church but they try to cover it up.

Thanks Biff. We all bleed red if we get cut. The only difference is the colour of the skin and our PERSONAL choices and beliefs and nobody else's. If if offends you then look the other way and move on.

boy thats a can of worms you opened

first off, the is the whole nature/nurture debate

second off, there is a misconception of why we pass judgement in the first place
out of the 66 books in the Bible, one of them is devoted completely to Judges, and at least 2 to law

even in the new testament, listen to this
" Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? "

the point of the verse that gets misqouted so often is that we, as Christians are not to be harsh in our judgement (restoration should be our goal, not punishment)
but at the same time, God makes it clear that we are also not to call good evil and evil good



like i said, id love to have this discussion, but this might not be the place for it

I appreciate your opinion ,you feel strongly about it and I accept that , I feel for me I don’t care if someone chooses to be whatever they choose , do I think it’s right ......mabey not .BUT who am I to tell someone a human being they can’t love who they love . I like open dialogue just because we have our own opinions doesnt mean we can’t talk about it .
