Hi Guys. Just found this picture of my neighbour. He was in training and won gold in the beginners category. He goes 6'4" and strong as an ox as you can imagine. He's an iron worker in Toronto. He's a great guy and he'd do anything for Diane and I. He's really good at dusting the top of the cupboards LOL

She is doing better, have a phone appointment tomorrow with the kidney specialist.

No I didn't. I went over to my buddies place for 9am this morning. The plan was to empty his garage and do a complete overhaul on it and see if we can get his two cars in the garage for the Winter. He was still in bed and wasn't feeling good. He could have called me and said stay home so that kind of pissed me off. I may not be available tomorrow if he finally decides to do it.
I went out for a nice walk after lunch and talked to several people. Supposed to be the same tomorrow and really nice for Thanksgiving this weekend. Bit of a sad time for us on the Monday Oct 12th. We were all together at mom and dad's for thanksgiving back in 1987 and dad had a massive heart attack so it'll be 33 yrs that day. Still hurts even after all these years. He'd be 100 yrs old if he was still around.
