As I head off to work I’m telling someone this today thankyou !
I slept like a log. Go to bed at 10 and up at 5 suites me so I get 7 hrs. When I sleep I go deep and sometimes will sleep through a thunder storm unless it's real crazy.
Just not the coffee for me. Horrible stuff.
