Had that phone call at 10:53 tonight , my mother passed away from covid .

So sorry Mike. So sad you couldn't be with her due to Covid.

Well **** I was going to post some stupid stuff but now is not the time when a friend is hurting ,so difficult loosing someone you love . My buddy said it best it’s a shitty part of life we have to deal with .

It's all part of the life cycle and everyone has to face it. But memories live on.

I have 2 of my grand boys over so not gonna have a nap but we plan on goofing off all day.
I have an old hit and miss engine that there gonna try and work on so that will be fun.

Sounds like a fun day. I'd love to have a hit and miss. I have a small stationary steam engine I like to fire up once in a while. It drives some pulleys and operates a few things. Really neat and of course it has a whistle.
