The truck is fixable real fast but gonna take some time for your hand to heel.
Been there and would guess we all have.Looks like he pinched it real good
And then poked a hole in the blister to let the pressure and the blood out
More often then I'd like to admitBeen there and would guess we all have.
Same here I'm real bad at goofing up.More often then I'd like to admit
Yup, pinched it on a dock leveler that didn't lock properly, caused a string of profanity, it opened up on it's own, too much pressure I guess. Hurt like a sumbitch.Looks like he pinched it real good

One of the last times I drove semi at a food loading spot in Oregon I backed up to the dock and as usual set the dock plate and went into trailer to release the load locks and as I was stepping into the trailer to do that some one got in my semi and pulled it away from the dock that put me on the ground as I was stepping in the trailer. I guess I'm lucky I wasn't on a fork lift or pallet jack when that happened.Yup, pinched it on a dock leveler that didn't lock properly, caused a string of profanity, it opened up on it's own, too much pressure I guess. Wow, that's scary when some idiot does something like that. We had a similar incident in one of our other terminals where a shunt driver pulled a trailer out while the forklift was still unloading it, lucky the forklift operator felt the trailer move and stayed in the trailer. Between driving truck and city transit bus for over 30 years combined, yeah, I got some stories. I have no doubt you have as many Fred.
Worked as a forklift driver loading motorcycles, snowmobiles, jet skis and even pianos back in the late 70's out of Washington State and got stories there but I got a feeling you got a pile of stories I'd like to hear.only 10 years for me but would love to listen to yours mostly the transit bus I bet some good stories there.
Oh yeah, between the management and the ridership, it was a gong show.only 10 years for me but would love to listen to yours mostly the transit bus I bet some good stories there.
That is the reason they make ICC locks. I have seen guys pull out even with those and leave the ICC bumper locked to the building. Oh that one silly me LOL
Had a guy at work lift up the dock plate and somehow he got his finger caught in the dock extension. Took the end off his finger before he knew what had happened.Yup, pinched it on a dock leveler that didn't lock properly, caused a string of profanity, it opened up on it's own, too much pressure I guess.
