Trying to figure out what to do the rest of the day I put carpet in the trunk of the Scamp finally and now scratching my head on what needs to be done around the house.

Yeah it is for sure. The place across the road just sold. Was listed for 699,000 and I'll bet it got into a bidding war and got up into the 700.000's. I'm thinking $750,000 or maybe more who knows but I'll find out as my neighbour is an agent and she'll find out. So in the length of 3 blocks there are 4 houses up for sale and one coming in the very near future. Diane and I have no plans of moving and will probably carry us out of here so good for at least another 20+ years hopefully
