Sounds Good I'll keep a few cold for ya.
Ok my son just left. We did a new fuel pump this week then the lines broke. We ordered a set of new stainless lines and finished those today. We also got a new rotor and front pads from the yard for 25 bucks. His back tires were showing belts so we got two almost new tires at the yard for 44 bucks. Then an oil change to top it off. He should be good for awhile. I am now having a sip of Gentleman with the Grand Daughter.

650 or so miles, back home in under 12 hours, sitting down with a glass of whiskey. Was a good day, a stiff crosswind on the way home, only got to 48F but at least it was sunny. Was thinking of going into thee garage, but................................whiskey and a hockey game changed that in a hurry. lol
I will have the whiskey with you.

The local community home for single mum's had to make cutbacks due to austerity measures. They started using non brand rice crispies for breakfast. Lots of Snap, lots of Crackle.... But no Pop.

Morning guys looks like we may get some rain today and hope enough to clean the roads.
Morning Fred... you getting out for your morning walks yet?.
Sun is just a blazing again this morning.
We're supposed to get much needed rain end of the week. Not a lot of snow this winter so no flooding but the fields will be dry so the farmers will be complaining and of course then the price of food goes up.
Start dancing buddy lol

Morning Mark no haven't been going on walks for a long time but I should get my lazy butt in gear and start.

Hey Mark was checking my G mail you sent and Dragon man has some nice cars.
Someone could steal one and it would take him along time to figure out one was missing. lol

Remember I posted that two houses went up for sale very close to me. They were both listed for just a hair under 700,000. The both went up for sale on the same day and both sold 4 days later and both went for 810,000. One actually went for 810,333. Holy crap!!! How will kids ever be able to afford a place of their own? But I guess our parents said "that house went for 18,000, how on earth will our kids be able to afford a house in the future". Even an apartment is getting big bucks. A lady in Toronto is paying 3200 a month for a three bedroom apartment. Just nuts!!!
There will be a crash one of these days and people will be stuck with huge mortgages while the value of their house has plummeted.

But then they would have to face that gun of his. That's nuts. Some nice cars though, not keen on the 58 Cheby.

After taking my dogs for a run, doing a couple of errand with my wife, I finally got a chance to get into the garage again this afternoon. I had swapped out the open spacer plate under my carb for a 4 hole one, as recommended by Edelbrock, and put in a new fuel pump on Tuesday evening before my neighbor's wife asked me politely if I would not run it as she had lost someone close earlier that day. I said I would shut it down after I was done and kept my word, killed it after about 3 or 4 minutes. Have not been working on it until this afternoon.

Today I wired up the original style ignition again, with the thought that my performance problems might be related to the MSD system, and fired the engine. A minute or so after it started, I was filling a couple of low tires when I heard my name, I looked up toward the walk in door thinking it was my wife, nope, heard my name again, looked out the overhead door to see my fuckhead neighbor standing at the end of his driveway giving me the finger.
:wtf:

I'm surprised he's still alive after all the crap he's done to you.
Move over here I'll be more than happy to listen to your car.
