Seems early this year but farmers here are getting ready to do the same.Just got back in from the fields. I have 1 field left then when I am ready to plant I can work them 1 last time and plant.
You got the same problem we do damn seagulls.
Is that an Oliver? Over the years at the family farm/ranch, we had a Row Crop 44 (steel wheels), a Row Crop 66, and a Row Crop Super 77. All were very good, reliable machines. The steel wheels wouldn’t get stuck in river gravel or muddy fields, but they beat you to death on regular terrain.
Yes sir and thanks for noticing. Sounds like you had good machines. This is a 1755 Diesel with an Oliver 12 foor disc. I have all Oliver equipment and still use it all.Is that an Oliver? you know, im just not buying that
back when we had a duly elected American in the white house we were self sufficient in our oil production and it didnt matter what happened in the middle east
now we got a chinese puppet and all of a sudden we are dependent on foreigners again ?
but hey, happy easter to you too
Not lately but maybe in a few more years. Depends
Have a good day at work CF.Mornin Fellers
You have oil wells up north of us that produce a real heavy crude and us truck drivers would haul or sweet crude to Canada and mix it with your heavy crude so it would flow down the pipe line. Don't know if that's still happening now.Self Sufficient you say then why does the U.S. buy our oil and always has. Yes you do have your own supply but still buy ours. That's why we have pipelines heading South. Yes, we ship our oil to get it refined which is a head shaker because we used to do it ourselves. There used to be a huge refinery in Toronto years ago. I think they built a university on that property now.
Some day I want a ride in your Cuda. love it.Morning guys. Great weekend!! Beautiful yesterday. Got out in the Cuda at 10 just for a drop off at a ladies apt. I was parked by the building and left it running. Should have seen all the drapes and blinds opening up with people's heads cranked. Bit of a chuckle really. We were talking outside and I said I better get going before some takes a shot at me. She laughed and said don't worry it's payback. My neighbour is getting ready to move and he doesn't have internet so I've posted stuff on the net and we had a couple of people come yesterday buying stuff. One guy spent 180 bucks buying garden tools etc. and will come back for the lawnmower sometime next week.
My wife had her first jab yesterday and I get mine at 11:15 this morning.
Another gorgeous day today around 16C. Sorry I can't send some your way.
Nice you got the truck out Fred. The first ride of the year is always special.
Didn't know they did that. Thanks Fred. And I'd love to take you for a ride. One car lover to the next. Some day I want a ride in your Cuda. love it.
Meant to add that I'd love to ride in both the Scamp and the truck as well. And I'd love to take you for a ride. One car lover to the next.
I'd let you drive both buddy. Last summer 340 6pk came over in his 72 Challenger and let me drive it, that brought back some good memories.Meant to add that I'd love to ride in both the Scamp and the truck as well.
Feels good to get the old car out for the first time after sitting all winter.Morning all.
Got into the mid 60s as predicted all weekend, yesterday the wind returned and brought some rain late in the afternoon, but I did get the Ventura out for a drive. Fired right up no problem after sitting since September or early October, that thing runs so nice, shame that it doesn't have a little more power. I plan to drive it more this year, and I might go through the 350 Rocket that I have tucked under my bench, maybe drop it back in eventually.
I'd love to... BRB packing my bags LOLI'd let you drive both buddy. Last summer 340 6pk came over in his 72 Challenger and let me drive it, that brought back some good memories.
