Good for you Biff. My new i-phone counts the steps and how far you've walked. My usual route is 1.6 km and usually 2600+ stepsWell got a sunburn today on my walk about, was gone for 2 hours was curious how far I walked so I drove it and it was 10km almost 6 miles just put my head down and walked ! Now I need another day off .
That's what I'm waiting for BP. I go to the specialist May 25th. Had the shots twice in both shoulders and didn't hurt that much really. The needle is about 3" long if I remember correctly. It's been 14-15 yrs since I had them, if you don't like needles then don't look and think of some nice hooters LOL.Physical therapy fixed a lot of things for me. Cant fix one thing so far. Steroid shot is the next move. Not real excited about that.
Is there anything you haven't had BP?Oh hell, might as well throw in the ruptured spleen and prostate cancer while we are at it. Damned booz is what is killing me.

That and piano wire was all we had. Piano wire can be real dangerous as you probably know as it will make a hook on the end when it breaks and come back at you. Had several guys I knew had it hit them in the eye. Not a nice thing to go throughI can still use the cold knife to cut the glass out but not as easy as it use to be. lol
