Got me a little hot rod in the shop. It's cool looking from a distance but it's a real POS up close. The spot I'm fixing is where they bumped a curb. Real thick filler right over a rust hole. I did a little welding where the lip was cracked but mudding right over the rust again. Probably last longer than the rest of the truck.
Hope he didn't pay too much for it.

A guy I once new built a truck very similar to that. Had a 96 Chevy box and he molded the original rear fenders into the box. Had a healthy 454 with 2x4. I'll see if I can find a picture of it. Unfortunately he died and the truck was sold off

Thought for a minute it was the same truck but the box is different. Bill was a real perfectionist and would have used very little bodyfiller.
Before he died he was working on a 48 Maple Leaf (pre Pontiac Brand truck)
He had made it an extended cab and shortened the frame etc.
His widow sold everything off sadly. She died shortly after he did

Update... English Muffins were lovely. Butter, a generous supply of Kraft Crunchy PB and Honey. It was dripping all over the plate. Even began to cover my meds so downed those right away. I was all sticky after that but it was gooood!!!
