Morning guys. Going to be another hot humid day.
Going to a big car show tonight. Last week apparently there was between 350-400 cars there. Not surprised, they always have a great turnout.

Still hot and humid but one minute it's spitting and the next the sun is out.
If I go to the car show you know it's going to rain and if I stay home it'll be fine. It's a crap shoot

Been a lot cooler here the last few days, only 57* and rain just stopped after about 90 minutes or so. It is a nice change after the stifling heat and it will hopefully help with the wildfires. I don't mind it all. Wife mowed the lawn on Thursday afternoon, maybe that's why. Lol

I found a pic of my son on top of another car.

A great turn out at the car show last night. Guessing 300 cars maybe more. Couldn't believe the number of low riders there last night. One guy came in with a 74? Caddi with it's *** end up at least 4 feet in the air. There was a nice 59 Chevy 2dr ht low rider with a 650hp LS with a turbo. Looked ridiculous with those 13" wheels. First thing I would do is junk those wheels and put some decent boots on there. Too each his own I guess.

Those were the ones I found interesting. A lot of Stangs and the fugly Camaros and other cars I've already posted in previous shots from other shows.
I wanted to get a picture of a 70 Dart slanty with twin turbos but he left too soon. Has wheelie bars and tubbed but sounded great in a weird way.

So dam humid today I'm not going to the car show tonight. Out on the pavement in the hot sun with no shade plus the humidity, I think I'll pass thank you.
Had two neighbours move out today. Sad day really. Couple across the road have been in their house for over 50 yrs. The one beside me has been here for 11 years and has been like a son to us. He would do anything for us. We'll miss them both.

Know what it’s like to lose a good neighbour. Hopefully you will get good people as neighbours again. Challenger is wild don’t know about drivability on the street though think it might have a drinking problem.

The big question is how many gallons to the mile LOL

Speaking of gas when I bought my dart there was no way on the planet you could put $12.00 worth of #1 gas in that car. Yesterday I was in town and thought I’ll top off the tank before taking it home. Had over 3/4 tank it still took $13.00 to fill it. WTF.

Hey fellas been a busy weekend was in a classroom for 3 days ,air brake endorsement course learned a lot was fun !

I hear ya Brodog. Been pulling 12s for a week straight. Just got that old Chebbie painted some more.

Bitching about the cold already. Frost warning for Tuesday night. Had to turn the heat on in the shop so my paint could continue to dry. That process stops below 60 or so.

Morning fellas. I did go to the car show last night and after an hour the temp starting to drop and a beautiful breeze started so made it very comfortable. A great turnout but too many new cars but one came in that was really worth taking a picture of. The guy is a painter and did a gorgeous job on the car.
