looks like it is time for a little wood working project again

as you guys might know, we got a jaccuzi room off of the master bedroom

there is nothing like having our morning coffee in there, before starting the day
only problem is, the coffee machine is downstairs and it is almost impossible to sneak downstairs, make a pot of coffee and sneak back up without the kids catching me

so, for christmas, me and the wife bought ourselfves a Phillips Senseo (and this post is not about K-cup coffee makers but i will not drink that waste oil, the Senseo on the other hand actually tastes good)

so, i will be building a small counter in the jaccuzi room with a top made out of tile
It will have a foot print of 20x21, making the tile up top line up with the tile on the floor


all i did so far is draw it up and rip the trim off that will be in the way

You got a bit more than us, about 9" here. Going to blow it out tomorrow after wind quits.

So far, I got the frame cut
I only got the top 4 horizontal pieces screwed together, the rest is just sitting there

Not too shabby I think

(I'd screw the whole frame together right now, but the wife is allready asleep

Morning guys -11*F this morning and heading for -25*F tomorrow morning time to get the pocket warmers out. lol
 
Woke up to rain this morning, and now the electricity is out. Supposed to be warm and sunny this afternoon. Cold temps are on the way this weekend.

Guy’s got to be careful when using a level remodeling. Remember sometimes the measurement is more important than the bubble stick. If it looks straight it is straight. Key phrase in the spec. Book included with all blueprints. “Match Existing”

Morning men,still cold here we have about 8in of snow but not the usual stuff this stuff is fluffy not the wet heart attack kind that usually falls .

I think this is very unusual for you Biff. Boy you've had a real bad time with the weather this year. Lets hope next year will be better for you. Hang in there!!!
 
Been semi mild all day. Went to Wally this morning but had to be careful with ice in the parking lot. The rest of the week is 2-3c and Friday will be 6c and rain same as Saturday.

Yup pre season done. Man that bank of carbs is a *****. Those triple pipes into a bender can sounds awesome. Hand warmers and heated shield working, new belt $160.00 (Yamaha). Pulled the switch on it on the stubble field. Ski’s just hang about 2” off snow, zero to **** your pants in 9 seconds. Going to be fun playing in the snow.
