Scamp ran good to town and back, about 40 miles round trip.
3:23's in over drive got me 65 MPH at around 2,600 RPM.

Just drive it out, a couple easy maneuvers and done. Takes a fair amount more to get it in there, and I have tried using dollies and a floor jack but simpler just driving it.
Started right up within about 30 seconds and 25 to 30 pumps of the pedal, even though I didn't start it once since October, didn't even disconnect the battery. Fired up and just purred.
That's when you find out how good the battery is

We did get a period of sun but not for long.
Getting sick of this. Can't do anything outside just put the garbage and recycling out for tomorrow.
Said it was 12 C but a nasty cold wind so made it miserable

Sorry Mark we had enough rain here to wash the salt off the roads and today was the best day so far got up to 11*C but still have snow on the ground. Sunny and feels good so I'm happy.

Glad the car is working good for you. Too long under the covers. I'm hoping these newer bigger tires will help my mileage some. The ones I have at 60mph I'm turning 3200. I also have 3:23 suregrip

Was thinking about the tires your putting on and yea interesting to find out if it makes a difference.
You should lower the RPM but not sure how much.

Got some peas planted. Do spuds tomorrow. Funny how they call Idaho the potato capital but they buy all of their seed from Montana. #1 supplier of certified disease free seed potatoes in the nation. I always buy new certified seed potatoes every year to help the cause.

It was a good weekend in the barn with my son car is being stripped and motor is getting a rebuild
