In my experience, if they don't show up the charges get dropped

Of course, in my experience, they always show up

Always
Had to do a $5000 mental evaluation on my son and tests came back as an above average IQ and normal everything else. The doc. didn't make it either.

Then it’s not that important it should have been thrown out
I think the lawyer has to ask for a mistrial and then the judge decides yes or no. I guess $5000 ain’t enough to get the Dr. to show up. Sounds like racketeering to me.

The judge was nice this time but I have to agree with you and am tired of it.

They should not be able to waste your time needlessly like that, I can understand one continuance, but beyond that, charges should be dismissed IMHO.
I would always elect to go to court any time I got a traffic ticket, when the cop failed to show, charges were ALWAYS dropped.

Going to find out how to file a complaint against the county.

Everybody went to sleep without saying good night. Left me here all by myself.

Church breakfast in the morning if I wake up early enough. Yard to mow, bushes to possibly trim, and plenty of other things that I need to get done.

Will see what happens

Morning guys. Going to be a nice day and I can't go anywhere so might as well cut the grass. Boy has it grown in less than a week. My wife's brilliant idea to put fertilizer on again.
Should tell her ( I mean suggest) to cut the grass.
Have a great day
