Fred, I thought you would get it being a movie buff. It was Andy’s letter to Red from the movie “Shawshank Redemption” I thought it would be funny but maybe not. It does have a good message. I have probably watched that movie three times but never wholy.

Hope you can sleep good tonight Mark real sorry about having pain and guessing shoulders are giving you a bad time.

They are hurting me quite a bit now and still have 3 weeks to go before I get the cortisone shots. It's not a cure all but gives me some relief. The shoulder specialist said not the time to operate and I thinking yes it is but she knows best.
