Found a low deck 40 foot trailer and a single axle Freight liner in nice shape for 20 grand.

well....if i may throw my honest humble opinion...why don't you just purchase a big honkin RV (used with low miles) and call it a day?

I appreciate your opinion, and I did think of that idea just would rather drive a semi than an RV. Park the trailer and still have a truck if I need it.

There’s a guy around here that mounts a smart car where the sleeper was on a highway tractor. Complete with all the gear to load and unload it. Seeing as you’re hauling your bed in the trailer seems like a no brainer.

that would be interesting to see that set up.. I guess there is a general rule in terms of the height of the vacant sleeper vrs the length of the ramp?

Hi guys. Been a beautiful day.
Wife and I went shopping then after lunch we both sat on the deck and soaked up the sun.
From Wednesday till the weekend supposed to be rain so may get my neighbour to help change the snows over.
