Hey CF I waved to you as I went by. Would have been good to stop and meet up. I'm in Pittsburgh tonight got to see my daughter and had a good time. What is with all the toll roads around here. ? ?

Those have been toll roads since they were first built many years ago. The story I heard is it was like the 1st freeways and the tolls paid to keep them in good shape.

Lots of road work in PA. I figured the fuel tax would be enough to fix the roads.

I think that is why there is a fuel tax. Try driving on our toll roads, they are very expensive. We built the toll roads and kept them for as few years then they got sold off to a company in an offshore country for a considerable loss. Then they have the audacity to have our Provincial Government to punish us if the fines aren't paid. i.e. if fines aren't paid you can't renew you license plate etc. If this company makes a mistake and bills the wrong person it's up to you to prove them wrong.
