Mines a long box extended cab with rebuilt engine and tranny about 30,000 mile on the engine.
Bought it last winter for $500 great truck.
My son just backed out of the garage and ran into the wall with my car. I don't know how bad it is he had to go to work so will check it out when he gets home. :BangHead:
So far 8 out of 8 of my kids have smashed up my cars. They all take after there mother. lol
He should at least pay for the parts and help with the repair. That's only fair.

I remember being in Reno and my parents was in a casino and me and my older brother and sister sat out in the car waiting for them I think I was 5 at the time not sure. My brother found a screw driver and started to take the interior of the car apart and after a few lessons I got to help. My dad was mad when he came back to the car. But we did pile everything up real nice in the back window. LOL

Good thing none of us have ever wrecked our dads truck! So here was my Dads response when I wrecked his favorite truck. It was that cooper color of early 70 Ford. Had hooker headers, sticker proudly displayed in back window with dual CB antennas. I wrapped it around a pole practicing how loose I could get and still recover. And I quote " Son you will never understand what you have just done until your own son wrecks yours" I think I was grounded for a month and never got to drive anything of his again. I may or may not have been 16 yet.
A hard lesson to learn

I can picture this. Thanks for the laugh Fred

Got my car back and the only damage is the backing plate on the mirror and the metal trim on the garage. The little **** got away pretty easy this time. lol

Well guys... I had great intentions today to change wheels over today and my neighbours as well. I did go out and get some food first thing. The day was cool and windy but I did get to fire up the BBQ for the first time this year. It was great. The first one always is.
So I didn't get the wheels changed but I did talk to a few neighbours. There's no way it was going to reach 10 today and the latter half was clouded over. It was nice to spend some time outside though and I got the hose reel out and mounted so I can at least clean the cars up without going to the car wash.

I bought this cheap tub at HF that has been real handy for washing parts for this little 327 I'm building. Its another beautiful day and I have the tub full of hot water and Dawn soap on the tailgate of my pickup. I'm thinking how great everything is and how smart I am and the snow is leaving fast. I am scrubbing away on the oil pan in the warm foamy water and decided to dump it out on the ground and didn't think about the removed drain plug and pissed about a quart of water down my crotch and leg. :mob: Oh well it's still a nice day.

OOPS! Thank you god I'm not the only one.

I bought this cheap ultrasonic cleaner at ebay and it has been real handy for cleaning parts and bolts on this 327 I am building. It has a timer and I had it set to the max at 50 min. It also heats to 65 celcius. It goes through it's cycle and I let it set for a good long time to cool down. Well I'll be damned. I didn't know the heater stayed on after the ultrasonic turns off after 50 min. Yup, burned the heck out of my hand when I grabbed the lid instead if the handle.:mob: Oh well it's still a nice day.

Ouch sorry BP looks like the beer is a good thing.

I was putting new rings on my pistons and was cussing cause I couldn't find my ring installer and I have a big cut on my thumb. so I said to heck with it and went to napa and bought a new one. Worked great. I get them all installed and pull out my ring compressor. Yup... there is not only one but 2 ring installers with the ring compressor. Now I have 3 to misplace.

Similiar day in Fargo, had high hopes of installing other inner fender. Neighbor shows up as his wife is on a road trip. We put in some music I was having him help me mark out where I needed to grind on radiator core support we mixed up a drink and then another one then dog was having a good day going coneless. Next thing ya knew we were having another one and I knew from experience it was time to step away from the welding hood. Not much done today but had a great time with neighbor!
