Busy day ahead. Bank first then load scrap and get a little cash for it. Off to the yunkyard for an axle and driveshaft for a derby car then back to strip the Magnum for derby and haul that to the dumpster.
Funny, i went to the scrap yard yesterday. Almost $40.00. Then worked on the house. I had to replace some fiberglass bats on the ceiling. Sweat and fiberglass, what a wonderful combination. Almost hit 70 here yesterday. Today looks just as good. Going to the landfill today with some old tires. Enjoy your day!!!!

The guy I work for in the body shop has green houses and went and had coffee with him this morning. Amazing how busy that place is, first day open he sold over $10,000. Sure enjoy the plants and all the art work for yards he has there.

In for lunch. Scrap is at 100 a ton here today so I only took a small load to keep the grass from growing through it. Sweat and fiberglass is no fun.

Like a commercial greenhouse and sell stuff. I had a home greenhouse for a while it was kind of fun but a lot of work.
Not selling just putting in a few things for me. I will be able to sit on the deck at 10 below on a sunny day without a coat if I put a green house over it.

Setting on all 4 again just waiting for my adapter for the steering box to column to show up so I can roll it on a trailer and take it to the paint shop to finish blocking and priming and paint.
Life is good....

Omg did I win the metric crescent wrench ! No glove please Fred had it last :poke:

I love to walk through the junkyard and just think of the stories the old cars have. It is calming.
I used to go to the wrecking yards and cut good windshields out of the wrecks. It was so peaceful out there and the lack of noise was deafening. The only thing you could hear was the sound of the crickets and birds. Used to love doing that.
