But she also kept it reasonable till 2017. Small increases from 2003 till 2017. Everyone needs a raise. I don't like paying hydro like everyone else and we turn the lights out and only use the ones we need. Some people leave all their lights on then wonder why their hydro bill is high. Conservation!
