Morning guys.
It's 0 F this morning. Too damn cold for me now.
Had a lovely visit from my daughter yesterday.
She had her school friend with her as well. They are both deaf and her friend has a deaf dog as well.
The dog is really good and understands a lot of sign. He needed to go outside so he licked her hand 3 times and put his nose on her hand as his sign to go outside. Very well behaved as well. He was a stray and nobody wanted him being deaf so Jackie took him. he's now 5 yrs old.
Feeling so much better and even sleeping the whole night in bed.
I have a lot of movement in my shoulder now as well without hardly any discomfort.
Patiently waiting to get the staples out on the 27th.
Want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2025.
Have a great day

Woke up to light rain this morning and temperature of 41*f. What little snow we got Monday and Tuesday is long gone after a couple of 50* days. Forecast for the week is more of the same.
A green Christmas!

Just enough snow here to drive the sled heads (snowmobiler’s) nuts. Not really enough but they go anyway. There’s a rock in the ditch of a road I frequently drive it’s about 2.5 feet wide same height and about 4’ long. Drove by it yesterday and a snowmobile trail ended at it, one ski either side. OUCH, snicker, snicker

Yeah. Christmas Eve may be white here, which is good for my wife's family, but some of my family is coming here the weekend of the 28th/29th for an "Extra Christmas", and based on the forecast it looks like that's going to be brown. Which is too bad really, as some of them have never been to our new place yet, and the woods really do look nice in the snow.

But as the popular sports adage goes, "Just wait 'til next year!"

My wife drives a cobalt, factory mag, we have about 3.5 miles gravel to travel to hwy. front wheels not bad brake calliper is close enough to wheel to keep it clean. Car was shaking a bit so decided to clean rear wheels. 15 freaking pounds of road dirt stuck inside the 2 of them. Going to try and devise some sort of scraper like the calliper does for the front. Or does anyone know of one I could buy?

Only in Nampa, Idaho! I went to the gas station to get a Dr. Pepper and as I walk up, I noticed these 2 Sheriff Officers watching a woman smoking while pumping her gas. I saw her and thought, is this lady stupid, crazy or drunk especially with the Officers standing RIGHT there. Being that it’s in this part of town it’s a sure bet she was under the influence. Anyway, I minded my own business and went in for my Dr. Pepper as I was paying, I heard someone screaming!! Man, I’m talking blood curdling screams!! I looked up and saw the woman's arm was on fire!! She was swinging her arm, running around going nuts!! When I got my Dr. Pepper and walked out the door the Officers had the woman on the ground putting the fire out!! Then they put handcuffs on her and threw her in the patrol car....I was thinking, arrested?? Shouldn’t she be in an ambulance, not a patrol car?? Being the nosey person I am, I asked the Officer what they were arresting her for....The Officer looked at me, dead serious, and said, "WAVING A FIRE ARM IN PUBLIC!" Now I want to know how many people actually read this to the end.

I did and would guess there was more to the story than you were told.
