Harbor Fright 8" plastic '3 spoke' wheels (100 lb rating) at 6.99/pc
https://www.harborfreight.com/8-in-solid-rubber-tire-with-pvc-hub-63014.html
are a direct replacement for the Sears/craftsman/toro/etc front drive push lawnmower REAR wheels. Fits on 1/2" axles and the 1 3/4" width is the same as the stock wheels so no washers are needed. Wish I could find just the tires for the fronts, they are slicks! Just spin in wet grass.....

It might sound kinda hillbilly, but just wrap a couple of strips of expanded metal (cut to size) around the drive wheels and secure it in place with a few sheet metal screws. Works. (Protip: works on the grandkid's PowerWheels, too. :))

@Professor Fate I understand now..maybe Ill try that. I have to replace that hanging flap of plastic on the back too, Im getting killed by the buckshot coming out the bottom of this thing!

I grabbed a wheel there for my gas pressure washer..6 bucks.. the were outta the good ones... I wanted the bigger ones

That's awesome! I'll be curious to hear how long they last. I guess even it's only a couple few years, they're cheap and easy enough to replace.

Pishta, have you tried Home Depot? The one near my house has a lot of Toro replacement parts.
yeah, they are like $15 a piece, but that one is metal with a bearing...outlast the owner!

Metal hub with a roller bearing, still 60 lb load rating?

That's crazy.. I replaced my pressure washer wheels at only a Lil over a year. Cracked the rims... twice! Both times in and outta the Jeep. Hope You're feeling Better Man!

Aren’t y’all suppose to be switching to battery stuff anyway?
Well...if EVERYONE switched over to electric that would be great. But someone is gonna think some group is gonna be unfairly targeted with a high replacement cost of all their landscape equipment. Get my drift? That lobby exempted certain lawn equipment from being smog compliant. Those 2 stroke leaf blowers are the most smog producing machines. Can smell them from 200 yards away as they just blow some of their exhaust with the leaves.

That hillbilly sounds pretty smart to me. lol

What are those Bermuda grass green cutters? Or some sort of ground compactor?

Nope- just regular wheelless lawnmowers- you adjust your height of cut by adjusting your engine speed. Think "hovercraft" for turf care...

Flymo... I've seen them used at Disney World, and Universal Studios in Florida. Mostly on hillsides. The users were swinging them slowly from side to side cutting in a 180 degree semi circle about 8 feet wide over all.

Some of those "Flymo" type mowers have very limited height settings. Perfect for grass a couple inches high, but not too great for normal lawns. If you are thinking of buying one, check the amount of adjustment it has for the cutting height. Only some of them are OK for regular grass.

Logged a LOT of hours with these on golf courses in my younger days- height of cut is around 2 1/2- 3". Definitely NOT for putting greens, they (or any type of rotary mower, for that matter) can't cut nearly close enough for that height of cut (generally around 1/8" for bentgrass greens, slightly higher on public courses). Reel type mowers are used for greens, tees, and fairways.

Their web site says they have 4 different height settings, but it didn't list what those settings were.

Yeah, I really meant short lawns. I edited my post above.
