lbp center caps question different styles?

I just bought a set of cop wheels & they came with the early lbp acorn style center cap-- 3 of them match & one has a push out center piece, can anyone enlighten me to the push out center piece item? I'm going to sell this stuff just want to make sure I'm giving correct info.

The center push out's were a later 70's center.
