LCA bumper interchange?

I'm doing the '74 A-body disc brake conversion on my '63 Dart GT, and replacing all the front end bushings while it's apart.

The right side lower control arm bumper ("jounce" bumper, per the manual) is completely gone on my car....just the mounting bolt and nut remaining. The left side bumper looks fine!

The local auto parts stores have no listing for a '63 LCA bumper, but they do have the '74 part.

Question: are they interchangeable?

So many things were built different between those years I'd be surprized if the even looked at all the same.

I have seen a few different styles of them in the "Help Sections" at auto parts places.
(You know, where there a whole wall section of parts on hangers)
Might be worth a look.
